This amount includes any shipping insurance fees that may have been paid. The voucher can be used without any minimum order value and can be combined with all discounts.
Applicable Scenarios:
This service applies in the following situations:
- Lost Packages: The package is lost during transit and confirmed undelivered by the logistics provider.

Exceptions:

Customer-Induced Delivery Issues:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
- Changes to the delivery address or order details requested by the customer (the 21 days will be recalculated from the date of change).
