Your refund will be processed within 5 working days of receiving your return, and the refund will be issued via the original payment method.

You will receive a confirmation email once the refund order has been confirmed.

Refunds will be returned to your payment account within 5-14 working days.

Credit card: 5-10 working days, Klarna: 5-14 working days.

Order Cancellation

You can contact us to cancel your order before it ships. Orders are usually shipped within 24 - 48 hours (working days). Please note that once the package is dispatched, we are unable to cancel the order immediately.
