At the 10th Bhutan International Marathon held in Punakha, 31-year-old Sangye from Jemganga won the men's 42km race with an outstanding time of 2 hours and 48 minutes, solidifying his status as Bhutan's top runner. This was his fifth marathon, a significant personal achievement for him.

Who Is Sangay

Growing up in Bhutan’s high-altitude terrain, Sangay is a runner shaped by real conditions — mountains, roads, and long distances without shortcuts.

For him, running isn’t just competition. It’s routine, discipline, and a constant negotiation with the limits of the body.

On race day, nothing is random. Every piece of gear has already been tested through miles, time, and physical demand, long before it ever shows up on the course. When something is chosen in that moment, it’s not about visibility — it’s because it has met the only standard that truly matters: it performs in the real world.

Why Being Chosen Matters

You Can Experience It Too

Whether you are:

  • Training for your first 10K
  • Chasing a new personal best
  • Or simply running for clarity

The right gear changes how you feel — and how you perform.
